Ive been purchasing apps for four years, this is the best one Ive experienced, bar none. If you are a recreational boater this fast, highly functional, easy to use app will allow you to eliminate the need for tidal charts. Also, the map feature loads quickly and works extremely well. The app lets you know at a glance the tidal depth at your current location, and anywhere else (for example where you are headed via a list of locations) and its accurate. Its quicker and easier to use than a simple tidal chart. Thanks to the designers for visually appealing graphics with no ads and no unnecessary clutter. Lastly, Im just a happy customer with no ties to the company.

No metric! All Canadian and World charts are metric (or am I missing an option?) Also, chats could be much clearer -- I hardly recognized my location near Quadra Island BC

This is a great tide app. it has been very useful to me nd my team. I always check tide stats online and also on my cousin’s raymarine on board. But this app left them behind providing confirmed information. I used to plan my boating trips by looking at current tide information online but now I need not have to because I already have this app. sorry for the short review from phone. Next time will elaborate how useful this app is to me. Excuse typos.

App has never let me down since the first use. I get correct results I need before I leave the shore. I found it very accurate and great for boating deep sea. Great Product!

This app was good for the first day, but immediately started to crash. Now is completely unusable.

There is no current information for the New Jersey area

This app rocks by providing tremendous tidal and currents information on map. I hope to had it long time ago. The result of this app being on my iphone is that Im having great adventures playing with the waves in the sea. App has points showing predictions around each and every corner where I sail and its just amazing! Thank God! I got Gps and Tide tables at one place in addition to map which are very helpful for navigation and displays accurate updates.

Really disappointed with this. The review said this was worldwide, but am finding that it is not the case.

Does not give tides for anywhere as advertised. No coverage in the whole of Middle East and limited in Africa. Very disappointing App.

l can view everydays tide times quickly and easily by clicking any of the green markers on the map, or I can view the tides setting the date and time on calender for each location by clicking on its name in the list of locations. The datewise view lets me see high and low tide predictions up to many days ahead. The event view showing the times of wave height is nice and fun checking the stats. The daylight feature representation with respect to date and time is very intuitive and helpful to me. I highly recommend anyone this app.

This app is a lifesaver! We use it every time we go out. We love the fact that we can plan our boating weekends in advance using this app!

I was not able to sync on my iPod. Deleted it.

Ive used this app now for a trip from Seattle out to Port Angeles and back and a trip from Seattle to the San Juans. The real-time tides at your current location are great -- faster than finding them on our chart plotter. I have three main issues: 1. The app crashes frequently. 2. The currents are depicted in the wrong direction. The developers have switched the from and to directions for the currents, so the arrows point in the direction from which the current is coming, not the direction in which it is flowing. This is incorrect notation for an arrow. 3. I would love to see arrows for current drawn directly on the map (in the correct direction). I see tons of potential with this app, and even with these issues it definitely is worth the money. Just correct the current direction, please.

Crashes every time I open it - and Ive downloaded all the updates, reported it as "a problem," and have a new iPhone 4

The app will not work. Ive deleted and reloaded several times but every time I hit agree, the world map turns and then it goes back to my app screen.
